With this option, you can select how many minutes you want to store. You can store your minutes against different phone numbers, etc. Basically, you can manage your own points at your fingertip.
Dial 0870 437 0201 between Monday-Friday, 6PM-6AM. You will be invited to select an option. Enter your option using keypad on your phone in 3 digits format. Options available are:
a) 200: Set timer with specified duration.
Enter duration of minutes you want to store in 3 digits format, e.g. 050 is 50 minutes. The points will be stored against the phone number you are calling from. For example, if you want to store 50 minutes, you will press 200, then 050. The timer will be set for 50 minutes and the call will be disconnected when the time is up.
b) 201: Store points to another phone number with timer setting.
After select option "201", you will be asked to enter the phone number you want to store your points with and follow by #. This number will need to be in our system before you can store points against it*. You will then be asked to enter the duration in 3 digits format. For example, if you want to store points earned from BT Together against your mobile number 07515 123456 for 80 minutes, you would need to press 201, then 07715 123456 #, then 080. The timer will be set for 80 minutes and the points earned will be stored against 07715 123456.
*For security reason, you need to register your number to be able to store points against it. To register your number in our system, you will need to call 0870 437 0220 from a phone you want to register for 1 minute (until you hear "new account created" message).
c) 202: Balance enquiry.
This option will tell you your current balance in units. If you dial 0870 437 0201 during weekends, the credit balance will be read back to you automatically after the "service not available" message.
d) 203: Store points against a default number.
This is similar to option 201. Instead of entering alternative number each time, it can be set as a default number if you always or mostly store against this number. To set up the default number, please email us at
