OPTION 1	1. To make call to AUSTRALIA from UK FIXED line phones, Dial 0844 208 0 208 2. When our system answers, press using your telephone keypad 0061xxxxxx# and WAIT to be connected. Your phone company will charge you as soon as our system answers so if the destination number is engaged or unavailable, please disconnect the call and try again later. 3. If you misdialled, press ## to redial. Access to AUSTRALIA via 0844 208 0 208 is available at all time. Call cost from BT / TalkTalk / SkyTalk landlines are 2p/min (inc VAT) at all time. Call cost from other networks may vary and you should check with your service provider/telephone company before dialling the number.
OPTION 2	If calling From a MOBILE: 1. Dial 0872 043 1 043 2. When our system answers, press using your telephone keypad 0061xxxx# and WAIT to be connected. Your phone company will charge you as soon as our system answers so if the destination number is engaged or unavailable, please disconnect the call and try again later. 3. If you misdialled, press ## to redial. Becareful not to press the GREEN call button on your mobile again as this causes the international call to be routed directly! Access to AUSTRALIA via 0872 043 1 043 is available at 24x7 . Call cost : Cost from Vodafone Contract(25p-35p/min), Orange Contract ( 30p-35p/min), T Mobile Contract ( 40p/min [ TM PriceGuide and search for 0872043 ] ), H3G (20p/min on Prepay. Contract always 15p/min), O2 ( 20p/min.). Call cost from other networks may vary and you should check with your service provider/telephone company before dialling the number. It may be possible to dial 44 872 043 1 043 access number from OUTSIDE the UK (We have tested this from Singapore, Pakistan, Thailand etc. Your carrier may charge you the rate of calling a UK landline or a UK mobile or at a higher rate. To find out, make a very short test call or contact your carrier. If you can call UK 44 872 043 1 043at a rate cheaper than calling AUSTRALIA directly, then you may benefit from the serviceeven if you are outside the UK
OPTION 3	1. Dial 0845 198 0 198 Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM (peak - note that 0845 peak service ends at 5pm). ( 1.96p/min* ) Mon-Fri 6PM-6AM (eve). Mon-Sun 6AM-6PM (Daytime): 1.96p/min. Please note that BT Together charges call to 0845 number using Daytime and evening charge bands rather than day/evening/weekends. Cost from Vodafone Contract (20p/min), Orange Contract (12p/min), T Mobile Contract (40p/min [ TM PriceGuide and search for 0845198 ] ), H3G (15p/min), O2 (20p/min). Also see NOTE section for calling cost from NTL, Telewest, Orange Home,Virginmedia etc. If you want to make call during evening/weekends and the table above indicated that access to AUSTRALIA as NA (Not available) and you are a BT Together/TalkTalk , our QXDial+ service should be able to help you. Alternatively, you can use the 0844 / 0871 / 0872 access number listed below.
OPTION 4	01635 774 300 (Prepay Account) This is a service where you purchase calling credits from our website (product name: QXCall - ORDER ) and then dial 01635 774 300 landline number or 0800 0091 134 freefone number to make call. We charges just 2.5p/min to call AUSTRALIA 24x7. Generally, mobile users will get cheapest call through QX Call prepay option.
OPTION 5	If you have plan that gives inclusive minutes to 0845 numbers (such as BT anytime plan), you maybe able to call AUSTRALIA for FREE 24 x 7 (by accumulating points) using the QXDial+ product
OPTION 6	There are several other exotic options: (a) For Orange/Vodafone/other landline users with unlimited daytime landline minute.(b) Orange and O2 subscriber (c) While these options produce very very cheap calls, there are not usually simple. 3. If more than one access numbers are shown, you may use any of the access number, depending on your liking. Destinations permitted through a lower rate number will also be permitted through a higher rate number.
4. You will be charged by your provider as soon as our system answers as from their point of view, the call is now answered.
5. 0872 numbers are basically the same as 0871. 0872 are allocated because 0871 numbers have been depleted over the years.

7. Calls to 0845 198 0 198 cost:
   • VirginMedia/NTL/Telewest: Cost 10p/min day.
   • Tiscali (Price List HERE ) : Cost 7.77p/min day, 3.87p/min evening and 1.47p/min weekends.
   • Orange Home (Price List HERE ) : Cost 6.85p/min day, 3.42p/min evening and 1.47p/min weekends.
   • TalkTalk (Price List HERE )
   • O2: 20p/min from O2 contract and 25p/min from O2 prepay
   • Vodafone: 15p/min from Vodafone contract. 30p peak,10p offpeak from PAYG Anynet. 10p/min from PAYG anytime after first 3 minutes
   • Orange: 12p - 15p/min depending on tariff. 25p/min from prepay
   • H3G: 15p/min from contract and 20p/min from prepay
   • T Mobile: All 084/7x numbers at 40p/min from 1st May 09. [ TM PriceGuide and search for 0845198 ]
   • Virgin Mobile: 15p/min
8. Calls to 0844/0871 access numbers cost:
   • VirginMedia/NTL/Telewest: Cost about double what BT prices are(!). 08xx call through may no longer be suitable for most Virgin users. Please use QXCALL prepaid account where you access via 01635 774 300 or 0800 number instead.
   • TalkTalk/Orange Home Phone: Same as BT prices. Tiscali price is normally BT's price + 1p
   • O2: To 0844 : 20p/min from O2 contract and 25p/min from O2 prepay; 0871: 35p/min on contract AND prepay.
   • Vodafone: To 0844:/0871 25p-35p/min from contract and prepay.
   • Orange: To 0844: 12p - 15p/min depending on tariff. To 0871: 30 to 35p/min. 35p/min from prepay.
   • H3G: 15p/min from contract and 15p/min from prepay.
   • T Mobile: All 084/7x at 40p/min from 1st May 09
   • Virgin Mobile: 15p/min
