QX Call
QX Call service is a Account Based Service that allows you to make a long distance call cheaply and conveniently. Once you signed up with us, we will provide you with account details. You can also TOPUP ONLINE when your credit runs low. We can also link your account to a phone number where the system will recognise your account from the phone you ring in, so that you won't need to enter your PIN number each time.

Please note that these are VIRTUAL PHONECARD which can be TOPPED UP online.
*A minimum charge of 6p Per Call and a setup fee of 3p Per CALL apply to calls to 0845,0870,0844/3 numbers. P means Peak hours, i.e. Mon-Fri 8AM-6PM; OP means time other than peak hours.

Sign up in 4 simple steps:
- Select the virtual card above.
- Fill in the form
- Pay for your initial deposit using Credit/Debit cards next screen. You can also pay over a bank counter or pay using your Online Banking Facility. Please email us for details.
- On reception of payment, your account will be activated on the same day provided we receive it before 6pm Monday to Sunday including bank holidays. An Email will be sent to you which contains all the information you need to use the service. You can optionally request us to inform you via SMS.
Account are usually opened within 4 hours and is guaranteed to be completed on the same day after the signup process is completed during Mon-Sat 10am-6pm. During other time, Signup will be processed as soon as possible but usually no more than 12 hours.
