Guideline for call charges to 0800/0844/0870/0871 numbers.

From O2 - Call to 0870, 0844, 0800 numbers are charged at 20p/min. 0872 number cost 20p/min at all time !

From Orange -  On Orange Talk xx plans and Everday50, call to 0870 numbers are charged as a standard call and is included in free minutes that you may have. On Orange YourPlans, call to 0870 cost 10p/min at all time. Call to 0872 is charged at personal numbering rates and vary from calling plan but it is about 30p/min peak, 15p/min off peak.

From fixed line - Call to 0844 numbers are charged at 5p/min at all time. Call to 0870 from BT Together, Talk Talk are charged at 6p/min 6am-6pm ALL WEEK (there is no longer a weekends charge band) and 1.5p/min during 6pm-6am. Call from other landline, BT Standard is around 7.5p peak, 3.9p evening and 1.5p weekends (please check with your provider). Call to 0872 cost 10p/min at all time from landlines.

From '3' (Hutchison 3G) - Call to 08xx cost 15p/min at all time.

From Vodafone - Call to 0870 number is NOT included in Daytime and AnyTime plan free minutes. Call to 0870 is charged at 15p or 12p on Anytime plan and 35p peak/10poffpeak on off peak plan.  Call to 0844 number is charged at much higher rate and should not be used. Call to 0872 is charged as personal numbering rate (could be as high as 35p/min peak, 20p/min off peak).

From T-Mobile - Call to 0870/0800/0872 numbers cost 10p/min at all time from T-Mobile Contract. Pricing information for 087x numbers is show here.

From Virgin - Call to 0870/0800/0872 numbers cost 15p/min at all time and are not included in Virgin free minutes. This service is not suitable to Virgin users. .

From other mobile network/Fresh etc . This service is most likely to be UNSUITABLE for users of other mobile network. .

Unlimited Landline Packages

There are 3 services within QX Dial+:

1. QX Dial+ Fixed (F). With this option, you can store a fixed number of minutes each time with one call, no option to select. The default value is 120 mins, except for the 01635 number. The minutes will be stored against the same phone number (CLI) that you are using. If you want to store to a different phone lines permanently or you want to transfer certain number of credits to different phone lines as a one-off basis, you can send us an email to This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it with the phone number you are calling from and the phone number you want to store the credit against. You may be subjected to an admin charges of 5 QX Dial+ points per request.
   
   
2. QX Dial+ Standard (S). With this option, you can select how many minutes you want to store. You can store your minutes against different phone lines, etc. Basically, you can manage your own QX Dial+ points at your fingertip. The number to dial is 0844 574 0101 or 0872 043 0101 (Call cost 10p/min plus a 9p setup fee for BT users and may cost more from other networks/mobiles) (please refer to the table below for complete list) and you can enter following options:
   
   a) 200: Duration of minutes you want to store in 3 digits, e.g. 050 is 50 minutes. The minutes will be stored against the phone number you are calling from.
   
   b) 201: To store minutes against different number. For security reason, you need to call 0844 574 0120 for 1 minute (until you hear new account created message) from the phone you want to store, so we have your number in our system. When you select this option, you can enter this number and all the minutes you store this time will be stored against this target number.
   
   c) 202: Balance enquiry. This option will tell you how many minutes you have stored. Alternatively, if you dial 01635 774 302 and press #, your balance will also be read back to you.
   d) 203: Store credit against default number. To set up a default number, please email us at This email address is being protected from spam bots, you need Javascript enabled to view it with the phone number you are calling from and the phone number you want to store the credit against.



3. QX Dial+ PIN (P). This option is exactly the same as QX Dial+ Standard (S) except you need to enter PIN number each time you access the system. The system doesn't auto-recognise you based on your phone number (CLI), but your PIN number. This is suitable for you if your telephone system doesn't send out CLI or you want to be able to identify yourself using PIN number instead of phone number.
