QX Global Call Divert / International call forwarding / Virtual Phone lineWhat is QX Global Divert? QX Call Global Divert is International call forwarding service which allows you to have a UK number (0808, 0845, 0870, 0870, London 0207 etc), US (1-800, Local ) or other countries' numbers that divert to your number in another country. This will provide your company with a virtual presence in UK, US or other countries which will make your customers feel more comfortable in dealing with you. The number can be forwarded to your voice line of your choice. We can also provide advance features such as time of day routing, IVR based routing (press 1 for office 1 etc) which can be setup as customized service. The service can usually be setup within 1 week after reception of signed contract. How much does it cost? This service comprises of a Setup charge and potentially a destination dependent per minute charge.The total cost comprises of a one off setup fee and a per minute usage fee. A minimum usage fee of £10 + VAT per month applies (e.g. if total usage fee for the month is £3, you will be billed for £10. If total usage is £11, then you will be billed for £11.) Setup charge is £50 + VAT (if applicable). Customized service cost varies but as a guide, adding IVR based routing / time of day routing cost around £150. Can Free phone number (US 1-800, UK 0808) be called from other countries? US 1-800, UK 0808 etc may not be reachable from outside the country. If your number is to be called by international caller, we suggest that normal fixed line US and UK numbers are used as they are charged the same as 1-800 and 0808 numbers.What is the term of payment? Service is provided on prepayment basis only. Payments are to be made via credits card in blocks of £50 if there is a per minute charge component in the service you ordered. Higher prepayment sum may be required if deemed necessary by QX Telecom Ltd. The prepayment are then automatically deducted as the service is used. When the prepayment credit runs low, we will request your authorization to bill your credit card to top up your account via email.What is the minimum contract? Minimum contract period is 3 months, you may cancel at any time after that and any remaining prepaid sum will be refunded within 7 days.Below is our sample rates per minute, excluding VAT:

UK caller pays nothing and you will pay QX Telecom Ltd 10p/min. Alternatively, you can have a UK 0871 number where UK caller pays 10p/min at all time and you pay nothing. Virtual US Phone line to office line in Bangkok You can have a US 1-800 or local number that forward calls to your business in Bangkok, Thailand. US caller pays nothing and you pay 15p/min.
