O2, Orange Vodafone T Mobile 100% free 12 months contract offers (via cash back redemption)

UK mobile phone market are distributed via the mobile operators' branded shops as well as via independent distributors such as Carphone Warehouse (CPW), E2Save (A CPW web only subsidiary), Phones4U etc. Mobile operators pay the independent distributors commissions that are used to subsidise the handset and line rental.

Due to the extreme competitive nature of UK mobile phone market, several deals (on cheap handset) now exist where the independent dealers will refund all line rental at various time during the contract (e.g. month 4, month 8 and month 12). The effect of this is that you get a free mobile phone, free inclusive minutes/airtime and pays absolutely nothing for the line rental.

3. O2 Anytime or O2 Leisuretime

If you are going to make call via our service and in general, it may be useful to take a minute to think if you are mainly making calls during daytime or off peak hours (7pm - 7am and weekends).  If you feel that you require advice, please email us at qxmobile@qxtelecom.co.uk stating the destination you would like to call, how often, and when you mainly make the calls.

4.  Upgrading / Downgrading tarriffs

You will not be able to change to a cheaper tariff during the first few months of the contract (6 months on O2).  Even if you change your tariff to a more expensive tariff, there can still be undesirable consequences. 

5.  Are 0870 119 xxxx and 0844 584 xxxx numbers inclusive of O2 free minutes bundle ?

Yes they are and we monitor calls to these numbers on a monthly basis.
